Sheraton Kauai for Sale

The Honolulu Star Bulletin is reporting that the Sheraton Kaui is up for sale. The Sheraton Kauai has 413 rooms, making it the second-largest resort on Kauai. It is currently managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts of Hawaii. It is reported to have the highest occupancy rate of any hotel owned or managed by Starwood. So, who is the prospective buyer? find out...

The prospective buyer for the Sheraton Kauai is none other than Starwood Corporation. The current owner, Obayashi Corp. of Honolulu, is in negotiations to sell the property. If the sale proceeds as reported, Starwood will retain all employees currently on the payroll.
