Star of Honolulu's Mother's Day Cruises

Did you know that you can treat Mom to a relaxing Mother's Day Brunch Cruise in paradise, with scenic coastline views, champagne toast and prime rib brunch buffet, Hawaiian cultural activities, live entertainment and prize giveaways, all aboard the award-winning Star of Honolulu?

Departing from Pier 8, Aloha Tower Marketplace at 11:30 a.m., this 2-hour sail will cruise out to Diamond Head, where families can indulge in a savory Taste of Hawaii buffet featuring Prime Rib carved onboard, Huli Huli Chicken, Steamed Mahi Mahi with Ginger Butter Sauce, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Loco Moco, Poi and Macadamia Nut Breads, Fresh Salads, and Haupia and Mother's Day Cake for dessert, plus a champagne toast.

In addition, cruise-goers can enjoy activities including lei-making, coconut frond weaving, ukulele and hula lessons, "Enchanting Waikiki" hula show and prize giveaways. Price is $42.95 for adults and $26.00 for children ages 3-11. Round-trip transportation from the Waikiki area may also be purchased for $10.00 per person.

Other Mother's Day options are dinner cruises including the exciting Star Sunset Dinner & Show Cruise with filet steak and crab, voted "Hawaii's Best Sunset Dinner Cruise" in 2003 and 2004 by Honolulu Star-Bulletin and MidWeek readers. The Star of Honolulu has also annouced that their special Mother's Day cruises will be offered on both Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8. Prize giveaways on both dates will include cruises, rose bouquets and more.
