UFO Parasail on Maui - Soaring High Above the Waters off of Kaanapali Beach

Thursday May 8, 2008
If, like me you've always wanted to feel like it is to hang from a parachute but had no desire to jump from a plane or soar off a mountain top, there's a way that you can experience all the thrill but feel totally safe in doing so. That way is to parasail. One company that does a superb job is UFO Parasail at Ka'anapali Beach on Maui.

Find out how you can have this once in a lifetime experince with UFO Parasail on Maui.

(1) Gene Quinn says:

I was just about to get on the boat with UFO and they wanted me to sign a terrible liability waiver. Not only did it say they could be negligent without any remedy (which is fairly standard and completely unenforceable in most states), but the contract said that I agreed that I had been instructed to my complete satisfaction on underwater safety. I pointed out that no instruction was given. I was told that none would be given because we were not doing anything underwater. So I crossed out that paragraph and signed. I was told that I could not do that and had to sign the contract as is, even though they told me they would not be giving me any such instruction and even though they said that paragraph was irrelevant. Very suspicious. They have apprently been in business for a long time with a lot of success, but why would they require someone to sign something that simply was not true. They did refund my money. I have never had to sign a contract knowing provisions to be false. Obviously you can do what you want, but I choose not to do business with companies who operate like this.
