What's Your Favorite Luau Food?

Tuesday July 14, 2009
One thing that most visitors do when they visit Hawaii is attend a luau. Each luau is slightly different from the other. In our feature Which Is the Best Luau in Hawaii?, I offer my suggestions for some great luaus in Hawaii.

When you attend a luau, you're sure to find lots of foods that you won't find back home. My suggestion is that you try a little bit of everything and decide which ones you like.

But, for those of you who have been to a luau, here's a question. What's your favorite luau food? Take a look at this list and share your pick.

Beef Teriyaki
Chicken Long Rice
Chicken Luau
Cocktails & Tropical Drinks
Deserts
Haupia
Kalua Pig
Lau Lau
Lomi Lomi Salmon
Mahi Mahi

It has to be the kalua pig! My family and I simply can’t get enough of it.
