Wailea, Maui

Saturday August 1, 2009
South of the Kihei, you'll find the Wailea area of south Maui - a planned resort community with one condominium or hotel resort after another.

Wailea is 1,500 acres of prime resort land and staggering ocean views that include the stark red island of Kaho'olawe and the quarter-moon sliver of tiny Molokini islet, a popular snorkeling destination.

The beaches of Wailea, beginning with the south end of Keawakapu Beach, in the north, through Polo Beach, in the south, are often regarded as some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

I invite you to read our profile of Wailea, Maui and the also view our newly revised and updated Wailea Maui Photo Gallery with over 100 photos.
