Hawaii Destination of the Week on Travelzoo

Wednesday August 12, 2009
As you may already know, and, if not, surely will by the special content we have in store for the next week, Hawaii is celebrating its 50th anniversary of Statehood on Friday, August 21, 2009.

Unfortunately, tourism to Hawaii is suffering along with the rest of the economy. While that's bad news for many of the state's tourist related businesses, it's good news for those of us who want to visit the 50th State over the last five months of 2009.

In honor of Hawaii's anniversary of statehood, the folks at Travelzoo have put together a special page highlighting the best Hawaii deals currently available. As the folks at Travelzoo state, "Even budget-conscious travelers who may have shied from pricey Hawaii in the past will find a way to hula on its beaches, play the scenic golf courses and take in the stunning volcanic vistas. Many of the deals for this famously romantic destination have been priced up to 50 percent off for travel into December."

With over 17 million subscribers, Travelzoo is the largest publisher of travel deals on the Internet. Their team researches, evaluates and tests thousands of deals to find those with true value. They recommend only deals whose accuracy and availability they can confirm.

So, be sure to check out Travelzoo's Hawaii Destination of the Week page.
