Earlier this year I had the really great pleasure of attending Legends in Concert Waikiki and their show "Rock-A-Hula." You can read my review to see how much I enjoyed my evening. It really is worth your time.
As we all know, Hawaii has a large number of return visitors and in order to attract folks who have seen the show once to come back again, shows of this type need to change things a bit from time to time.
With that in mind, Legends in Concert Waikiki has announced that there will be some changes for 2013. Don't worry, the show will still feature Elvis Presley tribute artists and you can still catch the 2012 performances featuring tributes to Elton John, Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley until mid-December.
Starting December 11, 2012, the show will then feature the Material Girl, Madonna, the bad boy of rock n' roll and recent American Idol judge Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, and will continue to feature the King of Pop Michael Jackson and the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley.
"Rock-A-Hula" has show performances six nights a week. They're dark on Mondays. Shows start at 8:15 p.m. with cocktails and dining options available before and after the shows. For reservations you can call (808) 629-SHOW(7469), visit www.LegendsWaikiki.com, or go to the Legends Waikiki Kiosk located at the Royal Hawaiian Center on Kalakaua Avenue. For more information you can also check them out on Facebook.
