Hawaiian Airlines
The other major provider of inter-island transportation, Hawaiian Airlines also provides service from the mainland cities of Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA. Hawaiian is also the partner airline of American Airlines, Continental Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

Now including the former routes of TWA, American Airlines is a major carrier providing direct service to Hawaii from the mainland cities of Chicago, IL; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; and St. Louis, MO; and to most other major cities via connecting flights.
ContinentalAirlines
Continental serves Hawaii with direct service from the mainland cities of Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and Newark, NJ; and to many other cities via connecting flights. It is the only one of the major carriers offering non-stop flights from the Northeast.
Delta Airlines
Delta Airlines serves Hawaii with direct service from the mainland cities of Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; and San Francisco, CA; and to many other cities via connecting flights.
Northwest Airlines
Northwest Airlines serves Hawaii with direct service from the mainland cities of Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA; and to many other cities via connecting flights.

United Airlines serves Hawaii with direct service from Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; and San Francisco, CA; and to many other cities via connecting flights. United is the largest commercial carrier serving Hawaii.
