Pleasant Holidays is introducing its 2004 Hawaii product brochure to the media and travel agents nationwide starting Tuesday, September 16, the company announced today. The new brochure features a number of additions designed to generate interest among Pleasant’s customers, old and new, and to stimulate sales for travel agents in the field. The additions include:
  • 3 new hotels ­ one on Oahu, one on Maui, and the third on Hawaii’s Big Island ­ for a total of 123.
  • A new hotel classification, Superior, which falls between Deluxe and Moderate.
  • An Optional Activities list of Hawaii’s "Must See" events, which has been expanded from 2 pages to 3, and includes 29 activities from which to choose.
  • Pricing for multi-island holidays.
  • An introduction to Hotels by Pleasant. Through an exclusive online booking engine powered by TravelWeb, Hotels by Pleasant makes thousands of competitive hotel rates worldwide instantly accessible to a travel agent.
  • Special icons highlight those properties that offer children’s activities, romance/honeymoon, and golf and spa programs. Pleasant’s exclusive "Makua Club," offering special benefits for travelers 55 years of age and above, is also represented in the new brochure.
