- United Airlines - United is offering special fall fares from select mainland cities to Hawaii for travel between August 27 and December 14, 2003. A 30 day advance purchase is required as well as a 3 day minimum stay. For the best value, travel off-peak to Hawaii Monday – Wednesday and from Hawaii Tuesday - Thursday; travel on other days of the week may be higher. full details
