As expected, the Favorite Hawaiian Island category turned out to be one of our most competitive, however, the ultimate winner should probably not surprise anyone since it has been selected not only as the best Hawaiian Island in numerous publications, but also historically selected as one of the top islands in the world.
We congratulate the island of Maui as the winner of the 2012 About.com Readers' Choice Award for Favorite Hawaiian Island.
