Dolphin Days Summer Fest at Hilton Waikoloa Village

More than 30 of Hawaii's top chefs will dish out culinary magic at the Great Waikoloa Food, Wine and Music Festival at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on Saturday, June 24 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event is one of Hawaii's best food and wine extravaganzas and is the culmination of the twelfth Annual Dolphin Days Summer Fest, a four-day celebration from June 22 - 25 that also features a mahalo reception, radio remote broadcasting, dolphin program, luau, golf and tennis tournaments and benefit auctions.

The event benefits both the Hawaii Shriners Hospital for Children and Pacific Marine Life Foundation. Over the past 11 years, Dolphin Days at Hilton Waikoloa Village has donated more than $450,000 to these two highly deserving organizations. Naniloa Volcanoes Resort News

The new Naniloa Volcanoes Resort on beautiful Hilo Bay has begun its transformation into East Hawaii's only upscale hotel. Renovation has started on the Mauna Kea Wing and will be conducted two floors at a time, beginning with the top floors. The Polynesian Room renovation is also well underway and it is projected to open in August as Hilo's premier oceanfront seafood restaurant.

The Naniloa Volcanoes Resort's nine-hole executive golf course reopened May 1, 2006, under the guidance of the new golf course manager PGA Pro Ray Demello.
