While the majority of events were held at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, a number of dinners featuring Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chefs were held at other Kohala Coast resorts including the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel at Mauna Kea Resort and the Mauna Lani Resort.
