Breakfast at Naupaka Terrace features old favorites as well as a number of unique dishes such as a Giant Featherlight Pancake with Fresh Fruit, Egg and Sausage Waffle Stack, Bread Pudding French Toast, and Hawaiian Steak and Egg Wrap.

For dinner, Executive Chef Mark Sassone's Naupaka Terrace menu combines Pacific Rim cuisine featuring fresh local seafood, local island dishes, and such specialties as hand-cut Choice Midwestern aged beef and grilled selections of not only steak but also lamb and pork.

For a light dinner, Shutter's Lounge offers a variety of Naupaka Terrace's dinner items served pupu (appetizer) style, as well as sandwiches, salads and pizza. You can enjoy these menu items accompanied by their nightly, live Hawaiian entertainment and signature tropical drinks from 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

The poolside Driftwood Sand Bar & Grille offers a great selection of wraps, paninis, tropical salads, burgers and sandwiches. Don't miss the Manager's Cocktail Hour nightly from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Drinks are on the house. Open Daily 11 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

An Internet Café is located off the lobby area adjacent to the art gallery. The café offers freshly brewed coffees and an assortment of pastries and sandwiches. The café also provides computers with high-speed Internet access.

The resort grounds are not extensive but are well maintained and well landscaped. The beach is not one on which you're likely going to want to sunbathe. That is best done poolside. It is, however, a wonderful beach to walk along and from which to admire the sheer power of the ocean and the beauty of the natural areas along the coastline.

The pool areas and the Driftwood Sandbar & Grille have been renovated as part of the 2006 Hilton conversion. Specifically, the four-pool complex was enhanced with new quartzite stone decking, the creation of a 12-foot waterfall cascading into the main pool, a flume water slide at the sand-bottom pool and the addition of new pool cabanas. A second whirlpool spa was created amidst a stone grotto, surrounded by lush ferns and a waterfall.

Located off the main lobby, the Boutique Spa and Fitness Center was added during the 2000 renovation. The Spa features two private massage parlors where guests receive personal attention and treatments from professional technicians. The Fitness Center, adjacent to the Spa, offers guests cardiovascular and weight training equipment. This area is still under renovation.
