Which is the best luau in Hawaii? I get that question all the time and I'm not at all surprised. With so many luaus to choose from on each island and the cost and time commitment required, visitors want to make sure that they go to the luau that best suits their personal interests. Here are my favorites.

Waikiki Luau on the Lagoon Premieres at Hilton Hawaiian Village
In conjunction with Tihati Productions, the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa is bringing the lu'au back to Waikiki Beach. The "Waikiki Lu'au on the Lagoon," which premiered in early July, is offered twice weekly – on Sundays and Wednesdays. It includes a festive lei greeting, a spread of lu'au favorites and a spectacular Polynesian extravaganza.

Paradise Cove Luau at the Ko Olina Resort
The Paradise Cove Luau is held at the beautiful Ko Olina Resort and Marina. Having now experienced the Paradise Cove Luau, I can say that not only is it the best luau on Oahu, but one of the best I've attended anywhere in Hawaii.
