Try reducing the butter!, Member liquidvoyage

I made this for the first time off of the pancake mix box recipe. When they transitioned to the bag, they took the recipe off so I was very grateful to find it online. However, I, too, found that the muffins fell apart the first time I tried the recipe so I reduced the butter to 2 tablespoons and the second time around it worked like a charm!
