- Abhasa Spa at The Royal Hawaiian recently updated its menu with new and tantalizing facials, body scrubs and body cocoons. The new treatments coincide with the addition of the exclusive product line Kerstin Florian spa products. Among the new treatments Abhasa Spa has added, the Signature Caviar Facial is sure to be a favorite. A decadent, luxurious facial that uses the rich proteins of Caviar and powerful antioxidants to firm, tone, refine and deeply hydrate the skin.
- Bike Hawaii is offering a Hike, Kayak and Snorkel Adventure at Kualoa. The adventure begins with a short hike to a scenic overlook at the entrance to Hakipuu Valley and continues with a journey by kayak along Kualoa and then to the 800-year old Molii fishpond.
- Learn to surf with lessons by the legend himself, Clyde Aikau, at Clyde Aikau's Pure Hawaiian Surf School located on the beach fronting the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Surf academy rates are $80 plus tax for a 90-minute lesson for 3 people or more. Private lessons are $160 and children under 12 must take a private lesson.
- Da Dog House, a retail store selling official merchandise from the hit show "Dog the Bounty Hunter," is now open on S. Vineyard Boulevard, just a few doors down from Da Kine Bail Bonds.
- The 2007 Grand Sumo Tournament in Hawaii will take place June 9 - 10 at the Blaisdell Arena. Forty of the world's top wrestlers travel to Hawaii to compete in this earth-shaking, 1500-year-old sport, rich with pageantry and cultural tradition.
- Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park will open a brand new miniature golf course, Island Adventure Golf, Memorial Day weekend 2007. The $1-million project will feature 18 holes of creative and challenging miniature golf, including nine ADA accessible holes, and a putting green. General admission is $7.50 and youth admission (ages 12 and under) is $6.50; group, military, and combination discounts will be offered for both Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park and Island Adventure Golf jointly.
- The Honolulu Screamer is a colorful, water-propelled jet boat that glides through the water at speeds up to 40-mph. Experience high speed twisting and turning as you boogie down with 20-speaker audio entertainment system. Experience a 45-minute ride up the Waikiki coast to Diamond Head crater while enjoying views of Waikiki and the beautiful Ko'olau Mountain Range.
- Pacific Aviation Museum opened on the commemoration of the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 2006 and is housed in a 1930s era hangar on Ford Island at Pearl Harbor. This family-friendly venue is dedicated to showing the patriotism, valor and sacrifices made by the American aviators in the Pacific, presenting classic and rare WWII American and Japanese airplanes in the environment in which they fought.
- The "Return to Romance" Music Festival will take place March 1 through March 11, 2007 at various venues throughout Oahu. This multi-faceted festival will include music such as rhythm and blues, pop, and jazz as well as music that is unique to Hawaii. During the 11 day festival, there will be outdoor and indoor performances, a fireworks display, and plenty of music that is sure to grab the attention of people from all over the world.
- As the grand centerpiece of Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, The Royal Grove will showcase the Hawaiian culture for both visitors and local residents to enjoy. The new fourth level showroom will be coming alive again with a show exclusive to Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center created by local production icon Roy Tokujo and his renowned partners from Realisations of Montreal.
The show, Waikiki Nei, which will be on par with productions in Las Vegas and New York, will combine state-of-the-art technology with tradition and offer visitors and residents a completely new entertainment experience. When the nightly show performances conclude, half of the seating will retract to make way for a nightclub in the style of the MGM Grand's Studio 54 with performers dazzling guests with unique acrobatics, high tech videos, lighting and sound.
- Star of Honolulu Cruises & Events is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2007. In celebration, 15 different cruise experiences, including sunset dinner cruises, daytime Hawaiian cultural and snorkel BBQ cruises, whale watch excursions in season, weddings and receptions at sea, and private charters are currently being offered.
- Waikiki Beach Walk has announced that the Waikiki Beach Walk Ohana Concerts will be held nightly at sunset on the plaza. Local artists interact with their audience as they circulate through the common area of Waikiki Beach Walk.
