Celebrating its 23rd year in 2007, "Honolulu City Lights" is the focal point for O'ahu's Christmas celebration. Honolulu Hale (City Hall) and the Civic Center Grounds come alive with a 50-foot Christmas tree, wreath exhibits, giant Yuletide displays and live entertainment.
The popular "Ku'u Home" plantation house in the Honolulu Hale Courtyard serves as "Santa's House" when he's in residence listening to wishes of island children. New this year is a 40-foot train carrying two menehune that wraps around the Christmas tree.
