Cruising Along the Waianae Coast

Much too soon it was time to head back to Waianae. The four hours sped by much too quickly.

My Wild Side Specialty Tour was a definite highlight of this trip to Oahu. I'd encourage you all to consider it on your next visit.

After your tour, take some time to drive north along the Waianae Coast up to Makua Valley and Yokohama Bay. It was on Makua Beach that much of the film version of James Michener's Hawaii was filmed back in 1965.

Wild Side Specialty Tours offers several different tours depending on day and season. Their Morning Wildlife Cruise costs only $95 per person. Their Best of the West tour which departs later in the morning costs $149 per person.

They also offer sunset sails, whale watching sails, evening stargazing sails as well as charters. For more information visit their Web site or call them at 808-306-7273. Tell them that you read about them here.
