Based on nearly 200,000 evaluations, the editors of Travel + Leisure survey asked readers to rate how they were treated at hotels, on airlines and on cruise lines. Readers were asked to rate candidates on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 meant "excellent" and 1 meant "poor." Each hotel was then given a final score rounded to the nearest hundredth of a point.
