The island of Oahu has fabulous hotels and resorts for people of all ages and budgets. Oahus hotels are constantly updating and adding an array of activities and packages that are sure to make any trip to Oahu unforgettable. Below is a glimpse of whats new on Oahu:
- Aqua Continental Surf Hotel and Ocean Tower Hotel are both undergoing multi-million dollar renovations that are changing the look and feel and offering new and exciting options for guests.
- Aqua Hotels & Resorts "Get Acquainted" special is available from now until November 20 at the Aqua Coral Reef and allows guests to stay in lavish rooms that are available for less. The superior wave room will be available for $106 per night and the aloha suite partial ocean wave room for $174 per night.
- Castle Resorts & Hotels has announced that they will manage the Hokele Suites Waikiki beginning October 1, 2006. The former two-star budget property will be turned into a three-star boutique hotel with a $45 million renovation incorporating a new interior design incorporating Hawaiian elements such as ocean, waterfalls, flowers, and rocks.
- Embassy Suites Hotel-Waikiki Beach Walk, owned and operated by Outrigger Enterprises Group, is located on the new Waikiki Beach Walk and will open this fall. The hotel will have a Hawaiian kappa design that includes a row of both upright and inverted triangles.
- Oahus Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club is offering guests a one-time $100 resort credit good towards on-site resort activities including golf, tennis, dining and more. This package is available August 27 - October 31 with a minimum three-night stay.
- The Hilton Grand Vacations officially broke ground in June 2006 and is scheduled to open in 2008. The 38-story timeshare located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, will be the largest and most luxurious timeshare resort in Waikiki and will include one and two bedroom suites and four floors of retail development.
- The Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa offers a Discovery Kids Package all kids are sure to love. The package includes a backpack for each child ages 5-12 and daily continental breakfast for up to four guests. The backpack includes a kids DVD, magnetic refrigerator picture frame, temporary tattoo, an activity book with games, and more. Packages start at $249 and are available from now through December 19.
- Guests at Kahala Hotel & Resort receive the fifth night free for stays from August 21 - December 22. The package includes daily buffet breakfast for two at Plumeria Beach House and choice of a spa treatment for one or a dinner for two at Hokus. Packages start from $439 per night.
