- Outrigger Enterprises Group has announced that it will manage the new Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk condominium when it opens this November. The Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk’s 48 luxury condominiums will offer the intimate atmosphere of a private residence with the sophistication of a luxury boutique hotel. A creative blend of simple lines, colorful modern design, and custom millwork and sculpture set the tone for each of the units.
- Guests at Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach and Outrigger Reef receive free tickets to the Hawaiian International Film Festival for stays from October 19-26. Tickets are good for select films during the festival and are limited to one pair of tickets per room while supplies last.
- ResortQuest Hawaii has completed a $380,000 room renovation at Aston Honolulu Prince hotel. All 119 guest rooms were redecorated in island inspired décor and have new bedspreads, carpets, drapes, and paintwork. These spacious suites, priced between $79-$176 per night, can accommodate up to six people per room and have full kitchens.
- The Royal Hawaiian debuted a new guest activity program, which includes activities such as Hawaiian cultural classes, demonstrations and events, an evening of ghost stories in the grove, ukulele lessons, haku and flower lei making, Hawaiian quilt making, hula dance lessons, hotel tours, and a botanical tour of The Royal Hawaiian grounds.
- Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki offers an exclusive Dolphin Connection Package starting at $1,150 for five nights. Included are general admissions for two for a half-day Sea Life Park Experience, live penguin greeting, an educational presentation by professional dolphin trainers, and the opportunity to feed, interact, and play with bottlenose dolphins. The package is currently available through December 20 for stays now through December 25.
- Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki is offering the Louis Vuitton Hawaii International Film Festival Package for the duration of the Film Festival. Included are the following gifts valued at over $750: 20 "Quick Tix" providing admission into any film; celebrity cocktail reception and private screenings for two guests on October 25; two invitations to the Opening Night Gala; two invitations to the Awards Show; two t-shirts; two canvas bags; two posters and two complimentary tickets to The Contemporary Museum. The package is offered from October 18-30 for single or double occupancy.
- Trump International Hotel and Tower will include 460 luxury hotel-condominium units, four stories of parking and 6,500 square feet of dining and retail space. The 38-story tower will also include a library, wine cellar, lobby car, café, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with ocean views, indoor and outdoor dining areas, private fitness center and spa, and ocean views. Construction is set to begin 2007, with completion set for early 2009.
