Within the resort's five and a half acres of Waikiki beachfront is an oasis of garden courtyards. As you walk on the lobby level connecting the two towers, glance through windows where the associates have created a miniature nursery of Island trees and flora to keep the mood tropical, no matter where you look.
A century ago, this land was the site of the summer home of Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani. It was a place where she came to refresh her spirit and indulge in the gentler pursuits she loved, like composing music and lyrics.

Ohana Family Rooms
This special room category includes more than 650 square feet of living space, and sleeps six within a single room, providing ideal accommodations for families or friends traveling together. And since the resort knows what it's like for families to have to share a single bathroom, "Ohana," (family in Hawaiian) rooms have two bathrooms. One is equipped for those with special needs.

Here within the hotel, guests can enjoy a casual dining experience at Kuhio Beach Grill for a quick morning breakfast or a leisurely dinner the whole family can enjoy at the Moana Terrace. For the more contemporary, there is sushi with a twist at Restaurant Run. For those on the go, enjoy a cup of Seattle's Best Coffee at the two locations within the hotel. The newly opened Arancino di Mare offers homemade pasta and pizza dishes in an indoor/outdoor cafe-style experience.
