Every time I would sit down and think about writing a formal review of the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa I found myself overwhelmed by the thought of condensing everything I would like to say about the resort into our normal full review format.
Finally it occurred to me that the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa is really one of a kind and worthy of a more extensive review than I would normally write.
Unlike any other resort in Hawaii, the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa is really a world unto itself. It's a huge resort. In fact, it's the largest resort in Hawaii and the largest in the world outside of Las Vegas.
While that size can, at first, seem a bit imposing, most guests quickly learn, as I did several years ago, that initial impressions can be so totally wrong. The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa quickly became and remains one of my favorite resorts anywhere.
Even when I'm not staying at the resort, on one of my annual visits to Oahu, I find myself drawn to the property whether it's to shop, enjoy their luau or one of the resorts fine restaurants, or just to wander the beautiful grounds.
