More than 30 species of exotic birds, waterfowl, turtles, and fish make their homes at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort.
Throughout the resort are a number of beautiful fishponds filled with koi. Colorful tropical birds, ducks and swans wander freely throughout much of the property.
The most popular permanent residents of the resort are the Village's eight South African black-footed penguins who reside in an outdoor enclosure that includes dry land and a small pond, as well as small caves for shelter. The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Penguin Colony is a family that would make ole J.R. Ewing proud.
