Makani Kai Helicopters flies out of Honolulu International Airport and the Ko Olina Resort in Leeward Oahu, offering a wide assortment of tours of the island of Oahu.
My flight took us from the Ko Olina Resort along Oahu's southern shore, over Pearl Harbor, past Waikiki, around Southeast and Windward Oahu to Sacred Falls. We then flew over Oahu's famous North Shore and through Central Oahu, returning to the Ko Olina Resort. I then flew from the Ko Olina Resort back to Makani Kai's modern facility at Honolulu International Airport.
