Pros
Everything is located on the property that you need. Good restaurants and close to trolley and bus stop. Great pools and great view of the beach.
Cons
The stores and restaurants on the property are expensive. You are not right on the main strip (which could be either a pro or con for some.) No microwave in room and no laundry facilities.

We had 2 small problems w/ our room, one was an incorrect charge on our credit card and it was resolved by someone most helpful. The second issue was with some disruptive noise outside our room. This issue we never got a call back or resolution. I even wrote a letter when we got home and still received no response. They were small issues and we would likely stay there again.
The location is good because the beach outside the property is big and less busy than other spots. They have super comfy serenity beds, nice pools, nice bars and restaurants although expensive. There is a small fridge in room but no microwave to re-heat leftovers or cook anything.
It is a nice place and worth the money if you can catch a good rate. We paid about $1200 for a week both times.
