Favourite Airline
- I always travel with United, as I can get a direct flight from London to San Francisco, and then another flight onwards to Honolulu. I always find the cabin crew to be friendly and efficient.

Hawaiian Air
- Of course...Buy Local! Although they're sometimes crowded (what airline isn't these days) at least meals still included and they don't (yet) charge for pillows and blankets! Just wish they flew further east than LVegas.
